Brave rewards/ads region expansion

I am using the Brave browser for some time now and I like it a lot. I am still waiting on the region expansion to more European countries like Belgium. I read a post on here that Brave is striving to support the whole globe by the end of 2019 and that would be awesome. Is this information correct? I also saw this post https://community.brave.com/t/supported-region/78345/2, on this post there is this screenshot

and I’m wondering where this snippet is found online, I searched the Github repository but didn’t find any c++ code.

Thanks, what about the source code from the included snippet? Is that private code or in the .gitignore file? I can’t seem to find it in the repository.
