Could you go to brave://rewards-internals and check if anything shows up in the promotion and contribution tab ?
Also on General info tab check if it says key info seed as valid.

@MB5 Are you Verified or Unverified? Keep in mind, that stays blank if you’re Verified because everything goes through custodial partner.
