I am not able to link my uphold wallet to Brave. It is giving me an error message that the Brave Account is flagged.
Uphold Wallet - KYC done.
Seeing Ads and reward is showing on dashboard

Flagged means suspended. Brave’s system has seen suspicious or fraudulent activity. Technically shouldn’t be seeing ads (well, no ad notifications, different story if you’re referring to NTP ads and all) when flagged. And definitely can’t earn BAT.
As to what to do about it, just create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431
