Brave Reward Disappeared (No Response From Brave)

Bat Rewards Vanished

I supposed to get 4 Bat and 2 Bat Token Respectively from my 2 Devices, but all of sudden “Your BAT April rewards are on the way. Keep an eye out!”, This Message Disappeard, What does that mean? . will i get my payment?. and the second problem is even after showing ads, I am Not getting any reward in both devices. @steeven help me with this issue. This was my previous post regarding this issue, but no one from brave responded yet, My 4 BAT are vanished, there was no claim button appeared and my all reward is gone. and the message “Your BAT April rewards are on the way. Keep an eye out!” is also disappeared.

I Hope Brave Team will help me with this issue
