Hi Brave experts, I have a tech issues, I hope you can help.

Brave refuses to launch if left unused for a 2-3+ weeks

I have to uninstall, download new version, reinstall.

Checked Common issues FAQ - (seemingly no obvious similar question)

I cannot a screencap because browser does not launch

My PC:

Windows 10 Edition, Pro
Version 1709, Build 16299.309

Dell Inspiron i7-6700HQ @2.6GHz

Installed RAM 16GB,

1TB SSD, 1TB HD backup installed

64-bit os x64-based processor

V8 6.5.254.41

Reason for posting: Brave does not launch if left unused for 2 or 3 plus week. I have to uninstall, delete all files/folder in AppData. The brave.exe file in Appdata/local refuses to be deleted. I then download a new version, reinstall. This has happened at least twice.

I hope there is a solution for this, thank you
