I recently referred my friend on Brave. May I know how many BATs I’ll get for a successfully confirmed referral in India?
India comes in Group 5 so you’ll get $1 worth of BATs.

What was that table for referral when Brave launched the referral program
since the beginning of Brave, they started referral program to populate it. 
I mean how many BATs I could earn if I referred one person in beginning of Brave launched?
it is the same since they started this program.
