Arc Browser offers a great feature that allows you to create “spaces” within a profile. Similar to tab groups, these spaces enable you to organize your work more efficiently. The advantage of this feature is that new tabs automatically open within the designated space, unlike in Tab Groups, where tabs open in the main window and then must be manually moved to the group.
Is there a way to mirror this in Brave, or is it a feature request?
You’re likely referring to a feature we are working on implementing down the road:
Maybe? The Comment at Worskpaces/Containers feature feedback - #4 by mrCaliburn has a flowchart that kinda makes sense. I believe the Arc implementation of this feature is pretty solid.
They (by default) use a vertical tab layout. Favorite tabs sit as boxes at the top (just like Brave Pinned Tabs). However, they are per Profile. Pinned tabs / Folders, and then the rest of the tabs. At the very bottom of the navigation bar, there are icons that can swap spaces. Spaces are tied to a Profile, but you can easily swap between the spaces.

It sounds like you’re working on something similar. Is this on the roadmap? Can you tell me how far away this feature may be?
No timeline that I can provide on this yet but we are working on it.
