Give users the option to input their specific or vague likes and shopping preferences. This would allow Brave to show more relevant ads, rather than distributing BAT for unrelated content or low-quality game ads. The system would maintain Brave’s privacy ethos while allowing users to see ads for products they might actually want to purchase, like items from Amazon. This approach aims to improve ad relevance without compromising user privacy.

You can already kind of do this in Brave Rewards: click where it says 30 days ad history under the bit where you set your Brave Rewards ad frequency/settings.
