Description of the issue:
Brave opens as a blank, white screen:
If I right-click the icon in the taskbar, it does show my most visited, and recently closed tabs accurately.
Opening Brave Beta does not work either, but loads as a blank, black screen:
Every now-and-then, it will appear as if it’s loading correctly, but nothing can be clicked, and making the browser full-screen just leads to a blank, black page.

I cannot uninstall and reinstall due to the window not populating with any information when using the Add/Remove programs tool in Windows.
