Brave opens and then closes after 15 seconds

Description of the issue:
Brave opens and then closes after 15 seconds. I have added the --disable-extensions

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I just open it, then it closes 15 seconds later

Reproduces how often:
Every time. I have used IObit uninstaller

Brave Version(about:brave):
latest download today

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
yes

Additional Information:

It is best to uninstall Brave and install Brave again.

Important: when uninstalling you will lose all your browsing data.

Before uninstalling: Restart your computer
When uninstalling make sure that you check Also delete your browsing data?

When installing: Use the latest version of Brave (https://brave.com/)
