Brave on Win 11 - Screen jumping approx 1cm to the right, and wraps around on the left

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

Issue = Screen jumping approx 1cm to the right, and wraps around on the left
The whole windows screen, not just the browser.

But it only happens when using the browser.

To better visualize whats happening here, a couple of screenshot :

Screen 1 - https://i.imgur.com/0LFJE8M.png

Screen 2 - https://i.imgur.com/EMHLgn2.png

So screen 1 is as normal, then randomly screen 2 happens while scrolling forums, for 2 seconds, then it goes back to screen 1 … for ages, or ten minutes, random time period.

Maybe its some kind of webpage scripting causing Chrome to somehow adjust windows screen ???

How to reproduce it … I have no clue. It did not used to be a problem.

But I have experienced it on different variations of Chrome, Google Chrome, Brave, Edge and Chromium. So its not just a Brave issue.

Expected result:

This should not be happening.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

v1.52.130 (Jul 7, 2023)

Additional Information:

Win 11 most recent updates all installed.
CPU - 10th Gen’ Core I7 10870H, GPU - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060
Drivers are up to date for both Intel GPU and NVidia GPU
SFC /SCANNOW results in no errors found.

Fixed it. Bit of a long story, but the cut down version is I wanted to update the Intel CPUs GPU drivers, because old ones cause issues between those and dedicated NVidia GPU drivers and Vulkan.
I installed the updated Intel graphics drivers, by overwriting the OEM drivers of the laptop. The new drivers are DCH, whereas the OEM drivers are not … So I should have gone through a routine of completely uninstalling the OEM drivers first, before installing the DCH Intel generic drivers.
My laptop manufacturer is not updating them anymore hence why I had to seek out the Intel generic ones.

Anyway, result is … as a byproduct this issue with the jumping browser, this update once successful solved it.
