Brave Not Working for Windows 10

After upgrading my computer to Windows 10, I can open up Brave but it is unable to load any web pages. I get the “snap” message consistently and attempting to reload the page is unsuccessful.

I downloaded Brave again, but the problem persists.

Any suggestions of what to do?

Are you using Symantec endpoint protection on your machine by chance?

Yes I am using Symantec endpoint protection on my computer. Do I need to disable it for some period of time to activate Bravo?
