Description of the issue:
Using my Samsung tablet, when clicking on any notifications (news, webmail, Facebook, etc,), nothing happens and the notification remains. Until the latest Brave update, clicking on any notification automatically deleted the notification and opened the relevant page in Brave.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Click on ANY received notification.

Expected result:
Nothing will happen.
