Brave "Not Responding" on new Lenovo x1 Extreme w/Nvidia 1650

Description of the issue:
Brave goes into a “Not Responding” state every few seconds on a brand new Lenovo X1 Exreme, 32GB, 1TB nvme, Nvidia 1650

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Open Brave, attempt to interact with any web page

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Browser goes into “Not Responding” state

Expected result:
Brave works fine on all of my other machines.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Win 10, 10.0.18362, Nvidia driver version 436.30

Additional Information:
Problem occurs with integrated graphics and Nvidia driver. Running Lenovo’s version of windows, no updates pending, just updated system BIOS to N2OET38W (1.25 ), 8/19/2019. Disabled Lenovo display optimization and an eye-tracker by Mirametrix, Glance.

Brave is unusable on this system. I’ve now used Edge more than ever!

For whatever reason, completely removing and reinstalling Brave has resolved the issue. I’ll delete the post by the end of the day PT.
