Brave not opening at all or opening then closing after 1 sec!

Description of the issue: = Basically whenever I open brave it either doesn’t open at all or open then closes after like a split second, I know this is kind of a common issue but all the older options/fixes there aren’t working for me.

How can this issue be reproduced? = Just by opening the app in any way opening via windows, double left click, opening as admin any means of opening it!

Expected result: Idk if i understood this question but I guess I expect it to open up the browser?

Brave Version( check About Brave): the latest one you can download for windows, I think it’s v1.79.119

Additional Information: I recently added my Microsoft profile to my pc and it may have been after that it stopped working.

@locky thanks for reporting. Windows 10? Does it happen in a private tab or fresh profile? Anyway you can share a screengrab of the crash happening? Additionally, can you share your Crash ID’s which can be found at Brave://crashes. Thank you! cc’ing my colleague @Mattches as well.

hey! it’s windows 11 not windows 10. It says the event ID is 0? So idk if that’s right or a bug, I checked it in even viewer. It says I can’t upload and attachment but it’s like all the other past times. It doesn’t open at all but sometimes it would open super quickly then instantly close, I can’t find an example now for some reason but it’s basically like all the other ones.

@locky apologies for dropping off, have been away for a bit. Is this still an issue for you on the latest Brave version?
