Having continual issues with Brave in that it is not offering to save new passwords when I create a new account or log in to a website etc - the pop up doesnt appear asking if I would like to save the log in details - and yes this feature is ticked in settings - if i cant resolve it i will un-install Brave and go back to Chrome as this is a pain in the arse.

Does this issue occur for multiple sites or just one site? Can you give any example sites this happens on?
When you go to, brave://settings/passwords, are there any sites listed under Never save?

Occurs on multiple sites
No sites listed under never save - only recently installed Brave
Sites include Facebook - Gumtree - Instagram - Zoho mail to name a few
Happens when setting up passwords / username on both new sites plus updating PW on existing sites / accounts
Brave nowhere as easy / quick to save favourite sites / bookmarks as Chrome
Like some features for sure but it needs refining to be able to replace Chrome

Can you try creating a new profile and seeing if the issue persists?
Click on the menu icon in the top right corner > create a new profile.
No really an option as my records are not in chrome any longer so cannot import. Will search for an older save list to see if can work it that way. Thanks for your help to date.
