Brave not blocking popup notification/message

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Go to this website (finnish imageboard) https://ylilauta.org/all/

2. Block manually ads from the website as automatic blocking wont block everything:
   ylilauta.org##.thread-replies > iframe.a
   fcdn.lauta.media##.thread-replies > iframe.a
   fcdn.lauta.media##.toast.warning
   ylilauta.org##.toast.warning
   ylilauta.org##iframe.a:nth-of-type(2)
   fcdn.lauta.media##iframe.a:nth-of-type(2)

Expected result:
After awhile the site starts bombing you with popup notification message saying: “Unable to load ads” or so. Even if you’ve disabled notifications etc.

I didn’t see a notification, but if you just add

||static.ylilauta.org^*/notifications.js in brave://adblock does that help?
