Release Channel shows 2 download sites:
Whichever you have already tried . . . maybe try the other and see what happens.
BEFORE doing that . . .
Quit everything.
Locate the “BraveSoftware” caches folder:
/Users/user_shortname/Library/Caches/BraveSoftware
and move that “BraveSoftware” folder to the Trash.
