Brave log me out of every website every time I restart

Description of the issue:
I open brave, log in to websites, and when I restart my system, it logs me out of everything. I join my sync chain, it removes that too or randomly generates a new one, and all the saved passwords get removed as well. But it keeps the browser history, extensions, etc.

Expected result:
I want it to store my sync chain code as it used to keep saved. I should be stayed logged in everywhere. My saved passwords should stay the same so I can log in quickly on any website.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.30.86 Chromium: 94.0.4606.61 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

  1. I tried reinstalling the browser
  2. I created new profiles
  3. Nothing is turned on like clear cookies on exit on brave://settings/cookies
  4. Clear on exit data is not marked on brave://settings/clearBrowserData
  5. I use Ubuntu 20 LTS.
  6. Firefox works fine.
