Brave lagging/freezing when scrolling

Description of the issue:
Brave lagging/freezing when scrolling. It happens a few times per 5 minutes

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
Just open any website and scroll down

Expected R esult:
No freezing

Reproduces how often:
Always

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Brave release - 1.36.119

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
Yes

Additional information:
Windows 10 64b

It can be fixed by switching off hardware acceleration, but I need that option

Web online games and other flash stuff
Without hwa it’s very laggy and unplayable

Unfortunately I’m not sure there’s a ton we can do here at this time. I have a feeling you’ve already checked this but just in case, you might check and ensure that your drivers are all up to date. Alternatively, you can try removing all drivers, then letting Windows find the latest/best drivers automatically, then test and see if this makes any difference.

Everything is updated. Maybe future updates of Brave will fix the problem
