My firewall keeps alerting me that Brave is trying to connect to HTTP and/or HTTPS ports on the servers of sites from tabs that have been closed. For example, I continue to get alerts that Brave wants to connect to q.quora.com:443 even though the only tab that I had used to access Quora has been closed since yesterday. I don’t want Brave to connect to anything that I’m not actively visiting (with exceptions for installed extensions and Brave’s own domain resources).
Why is it doing this?
