Brave is unable to open a local index.html file via the file:// protocol

Brave is unable to open an existing file on the local system.

If it matters, the file being opened is Rust’s autogenerated docs. The file’s path is

file:///home/user/path/to/crate/target/doc/docs/index.html

Firefox loads the doc just fine. Brave, however, shows

Brave should be able to load the docs the same way Firfox does.

Additional Information:
Would be useful to be able to copy Brave’s version. Maybe add a copy to clipboard button?
