After a few months the BAT is staying on the browser and not paying into my upload wallet, just keeps pushing the payout date back another month.

It’s getting ridiculous, last month I raised the same issue and was told that there are lots of transactions etc, the payment will come through etc.
I am having wallet as verified and BAT in wallet shows 26.5 bat but it is not getting reflected in my uphold account can you please sort this issue at earliest

I had the same thing said to me in September by someone else on this board, payments are being processed etc. But they weren’t, the payment date arrives and then is pushed back a month.
We understand the frustration – would you mind sharing with us the amount of earnings you (if everything works) should be receiving this payout?

Its not the money, it’s the annoyance of it not working for a few months and the lack of confidence in the platform that is building up. I am starting to worry about having my uphold wallet linked to brave as it is appearing inefficient and dishonest.
I loved the concept which is why I got on board early, recommended it to loads of people and signed them up, but I am fast losing confidence as the moths roll by.

If it comes to that, DM us with:

Thanks for the reply, how long would you think is reasonable to wait before contacting you? It was the same story last month and I thought I’d just let it drift into the new date that it gave me in October. Now that it still hasn’t materialised I have contacted you again and I am pretty certain that the same thing will happen again.
Unfortunately I am not going to pursue such a small amount of money, it’s not worth the time. Such a shame as I love the concept of brave and BAT is a token with a future I believe. But I’ll be closing everything down instead if the payment is withheld this month, this will be easier, less time consuming and as I said I am starting to worry about the security of my uphold wallet as a result of it being connected to brave.

Is there a reason you’re worried about your security (wrt Uphold wallet) in particular?
I am a full time day trader and HODLer of crypto currencies for 5+ years and uphold is my hot wallet of choice.
I am becoming increasingly concerned about the honesty and credibility of Brave as a whole and it is the only external site/company directly linked to my uphold wallet, I keep everything else completely unconnected from this wallet with the exception of Brave.
The BAT “received” from Brave is not the main reason I have uphold, but it’s causing me the most concern and the most effort for the least amount of return, by far.
If it was all working seamlessly, or even with minimal delay, the reasons for keeping it connected would outweigh my concerns. As it stands, I’m struggling to find a single reason to keep using the browser.
Sorry if this sounds negative, it’s not about the money, but this is crypto, on a blockchain, it should be an absolute piece of cake, not a headache.

I am going to let nature take its course here, by allowing the efficiency and reliability of the payments mechanism (or otherwise) under normal circumstances to make my decision to continue using the browser for me.
