Every time when I receive ad notification if clicked that without clearing cached images, files, browsing history the no BAT gets added. So, the problem is that for every single ad, I need to repeat that same ugly process. Also, even if the amount gets updated but after closing if I reopen the Brave then the amount decreases to the older one.

I have a very similar issue, i get a couple of push ads and a couple of homepage ads over the course of about an hour and then they stop until i clear all browsing history. After clearing my browser history things work as expected for another hour, then i stop getting push ads and stop getting credit for homepage ads.

@rahul99 Don’t click on ads unless you are interested in them. You don’t get rewards for clicking them. Just the notification appearing is all you need and balance will increase. The reason why you’re not seeing an increase is because you don’t get BAT from clicking ads.
As to your other part of saying you see an increase and then it goes back down, I’m not sure what’s being explained. You shouldn’t see number of ads increase and decrease. Yet at the same time, I also understand you’re saying you keep messing with cache and other things.
I know you kind of explained what you’re doing already, but can you break it down into steps a bit more and let us know if it always repeats? For example:
Is that what you’re saying? Or what am I misunderstanding?
I am only clicking when I get the notification and as you said for credit it’s not necessary to click on the notification that means whether I click or not, if I am getting notification then BAT should increase, but it’s not actually happening. Also, if ads changes in homepage then until unless I clear cache files, data, history and refresh the page there is no increase and ad count and BAT.
I will try this and will let you know.

Yeah, the steps I gave wasn’t me telling you what to do. I was asking if that’s what you were doing. You should have no need to be clearing cache or anything to receive the BAT.
When you go to brave://rewards/ you should see where it shows Current earnings this month (estimated) and Ads received this month
When a new ad appears, you often should be able to open brave://rewards/ and you will notice that both numbers have changed. It may not be immediate in some circumstances, but it doesn’t take too long. Those numbers shouldn’t really decrease, especially not the “ads viewed” part.
I observed this as well sometimes… but I don’t really dwell on it so I don’t think much of it.
Until I reopen my brave and those missing uncredited bats just appear… so I don’t think much of it too often, besides no browser gives me reward in so many years prior to brave… well, maybe just for me though.
The issue is still persistent. I am getting ads notification and homepage ad wallpaper but ad count is not increasing so as there in no increase in reward.

Then it sounds like you need to contact @Mattches and provide your information to him. I just happened to check here as I was laying in bed so I cannot link the things that I normally do when I am accessing from my computer. I am wanting to assume that maybe something has happened where your account was flagged and they will have to handle it on the server side
