Description of the issue:
Since v1.29.76 is Brave running totally bad on Linux machine (everything takes really long - typing url is freezing, loading pages are slow, scrolling is slow). Other browsers (and everything else) run OK. Nothing else change in the machine, only Brave.
When the Brave browser is minimized, other applications run ok. However, audio call via Discord is extremely noisy till I shut down the Brave (it fixes the issue). So it seems that Brave influence some processes in the machine even when minimized.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Run Brave 1.29.76 on Linux machine.
Expected result:
It should run fast again like few days ago.

Additional Information:
I tried:
- disable hardware acceleration
- remove all extensions
- clear all browser stored data
- multiple machine resets
- close all tabs
