EDIT/UPDATE – Apologies, but I have solved this issue. Apparently I wasn’t as exacting with the keystrokes as I thought. Brave is now installed and working perfectly. Sorry for wasting a topic!
Description of the issue:
When attempting to install Brave on Pop_OS 19.10, I get errors such as
E: Malformed entry 1 in list file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/brave-browser-release-disco.list (Component)
E: The list of sources could not be read.
E: Malformed entry 1 in list file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/brave-browser-release-disco.list (Component)
E: The list of sources could not be read.
I followed along exactly with the guides and am still getting this error regardless of what I do. I’m assuming it’s something I’ve overlooked but I have checked every keystroke, they match exactly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
