Description of the issue: Brave simply hangs when I’m trying to import bookmarks directly from browsers or from HTML files on Macos Big Sur 11.2.3, Mac mini M1. When Brave is closed with force close and restarted - there are no imported bookmarks at all. I event disabled sync - the same story. Brave hangs and consumes CPU after bookmarks import and even after all bookmarks deletion. I have no such problems on Intel version of Brave browser.
How can this issue be reproduced? Very easily - you need to start bookmarks import.
Expected result: bookmarks import without a hangs.
