Brave grant reward bat points missing after reinstall

Current Brave Version:
1.11.104 Chromium: 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)

My Brave BAT Points of 2USD value for 6th Aug Credited to my Brave Wallet. I have Disabled Auto-Contribute Off since 1st Install of Brave in Mar 20, I don’t see 2USD in Brave Wallet as its shown as empty after virus attack on my pc, and reinstalled Windows with Brave. I have RESTORE WALLET KEY with me, but MY BALANCE IS SHOWN AS ZERO.

Please explain what is the matter? How can it happen in Blockchain Tech.?
