How can this issue be reproduced?
1.brave freezing window in popos when windows in minimized. when brought back from minimize the windows is visually unresponsive. using extension to move the tabs from a frozen window to a new one makes all the tabs responsive.
i am not sure about length of time to wait. more than 15 minutes
Expected result:
window to NOT freeze when minimized

Additional Information:
this might be happening in vavaldi also
this is not happening in google chrome
