Description of the issue:
when I try to save file such as image/video, it freezes on save as window. it’s been happening to me since half a year to a year ago but it unfreezes after few seconds and everything i tried didn’t fix this so i was ignoring it. but today, it started freezing forever and became impossible for me to save file through brave. i can’t use this browser if i can’t even download anything. deleting download data fixes it temporarily but still slow and it goes back quickly.
also, for about the same time there has been issue where the browser freezes/lags when opening new tab for about 5-10 seconds.

saving image/video while “Ask where to save each file before downloading” is enbaled.
open a new tab and typing text in address bar.
