Edit
Brave crashed twice again today. When i go look at brave://crashes there isnt anything there.

Is it possibly related to this (was one of your tabs running a video)?
My solution to videos freezing while switched to a different tab or application

Thank you for the detailed report! I have sent to the team for review.

Do you have any recent crash logs from this month?

Unfortunately i don’t, they don’t seem to pop-up in brave://crashes/ anymore.

06-19, it crashed again twice this morning.
edit 06-19 Again brave has crashed twice. Nothing to be seen in brave://crashes/

Would there be another place crash reports might be stored locally?

I also double checked Privacy Settings and under Data Collection. Automatically send Diagnostic reports is turned on.

Update: this morning Brave Crashed twice by going to an existing tab and the second i wanted to write something in the URL bar it froze.

No new crash reports.

Edit: Once brave freezes if i dont click on anything and just wait eventually itl resume like normal sometimes.

Any update from the team regarding the issues im experiencing?

It’s difficult to investigate without recent crash logs. Do you have many extensions installed?

I only have Metamask & Ublock Origin installed.
Im pretty sure ublock is standard. so i only added metamask

This sounds like performance or memory-related. There are no standard extensions installed with Brave. I would suggest disabling extensions to see if the experience improves.

How many tabs/windows do you have active? Are you using Memory Saver?

You can also try your graphics acceleration settings here: brave://settings/system

Brave Currently takes up 4.3gb with around 31 tabs open.
I doubt it would be a memory issue since i have 32gb of ram, when looking at task manager/Resource manager my ram usage percentage does not go above 60% usually hovering around 40-45%
( Currently also Running Discord,Telegram,Steam in the background)

I just checked and Graphics accelerator/Memory saver are both disabled. Should i test with both on?

When graphics acceleration is disabled, you’re offloading everything to the CPU. I would suggest enabling both to see if the experience improves.

Thank you for the quick responses, I will test Brave with both settings on.
