I am a developer and I have tried a webapp that I am doing which handles pdf files, in blob or base64 format. I have tested the browser for windows, mac os or android, it works without problems; but on iphone the blob files do not work. The browser does not open anything.
By checking the permissions of the app, the application does not have file write permissions in Iphone.
