Brave don't work until the update on MacOs

Description of the issue: After I did the update 93.1.29.76 the app didn’t work
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Updating the app

Expected result: The app will not open, you will have a pop-up “This app is not work with this Mac”

Brave Version( check About Brave): 93.1.29.76
