Brave doesnt work

Description of the issue:
Brave doesn’t open any site

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Type any address

Expected result:
It should load the page

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.24.86 Chromium: 90.0.4430.212 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Are you using a VPN?
Have you tried clearing cookies and cache? (If not, please enter brave://settings/clearBrowserData into your address bar to be taken to the clear browsing data setting)

  1. I’m not using a vpn
  2. I even tried reinstalling. I cleared browser data when reinstalling
  3. I have Google Chrome and it works fine on my pc
  4. Also sync is not being set up when I enter my code words

Are you using a firewall?
Was Brave working in the past?
Are you on windows 10?

  1. I’m using KasperSky antivirus (I don’t know if it has enabled any firewall)

Can you try disabling KasperSky?

Do you have any extensions installed? If so, can you try disabling them all?

I removed Kaspersky and reinstalled brave. Now it is working. Thanks.
