Description of the issue:
Using the app Vienna (https://www.vienna-rss.com/) set it to open links in the background.
Open any item in the RSS feed you like.
Note that Brave takes over and becomes the active application.
Safari doesn’t do this.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Get the Vienna Application
- Vienna → Settings → General → click Open new links in the background
- Finder → System Settings → Desktop & Dock → Default web browser → Brave Browser.app
- Open any item in a Vienna RSS feed.
- Note that Brave takes focus from Vienna
Expected result:
Brave opens the link and does not take focus.
