I bought yearly subscription. When I want to use VPN, offers page appear and I click “already purchased Brave” and enter my email adress for the login link. But the login link takes me to a page that says I dont have a subscription.
TL:DR = Click Restore instead of Already purchased Brave
@Velkin the issue here is the option you’re choosing. I don’t have an Android handy but I do believe you should see something similar to me on my iPhone. So when you click on the VPN button, it should pop up like below. What you’ll notice is on the upper right is Restore. This is how you activate if you’ve paid from your mobile device, as it fetches data from the App Store (Google Play).
Scrolling to the bottom it asks if you bought the subscription from brave.com instead. If so, you click it and do as you mentioned.
Thank you for your response. But unfortunately I dont have restore option but “refresh your credentials”. So i click that and asks my email for login link.
Just to confirm, you are saying this is on Android? Can you share which version of Android you’re using and also which specific version of Brave you’re on?
Sorry, and @Velkin did you pay for your subscription from your Android?
To confirm for me, if you would, also would like to ask you go to Brave’s Settings → Brave Firewall + VPN. You should see a button that says Manage Subscription. Tapping that will take you to Google Play to show subscriptions. Does it indeed show Brave there and active?
