Description of the issue: I open brave to see that no passwords, accounts, Bookmarks, E.C.T loaded
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Open brave
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Brave boots a fresh start (Didn’t save any passwords or anything like that)
Expected result: Load everything that was previously in brave
Reproduces how often: Happened once so, I don’t know
Brave Version(about:brave): Should be most recent
Reproducible on current live release (yes/no): Yes
