Description of the issue: I have no clue why brave browser isnt working. Iwhen i click on it, browser just dont working, not even open tab or anything else.
Reproduces how often:
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):Win 10
Additional Information:No error in event viewer, and no error log
