Hi, the answer is no, as stated “The decision is final” this means you will not receive that BAT
come on. i earned it . in my country i can live 3 months of that. now what ? i should starve?

Nothing strange is happening.
@MAXO – your case was reviewed and subsequently rejected. And no @Kirti , we will not re-review his account. The account was flagged, reviewed, then sent to No grants state, which an appeal was made, at which point it was seen several more times from our staff and a verdict was rendered.
