@simona03 Hello, I’ll suggest you to DM admins like @steeven and provide him with the following info so that he will be able to look on that specific matter on your rewards wallet:

• Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
• Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
• A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards .

Logs aren’t helpful in figuring out what’s going on. I also need to make sure simona03, are you having issues with a Brave Creator account or just Brave Rewards? If it’s a Creators issue, then you need to contact steeven with your email associated with it and advise if you’re not receiving payments or have another type of issue.

If you’re having an issue with Brave Rewards, such as no longer seeing ads or that you have not received your payment, then you need to contact @steeven and @Mattches with the information that @IanMoone suggested above.
