Brave Crash's Unless Renamed

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Unless Renamed, brave will crash upon opening.
  2. Have Brave be named “Brave.exe” open
  3. Crash.

Expected result:
A working browser
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.65.132 Chromium: 124.0.6367.202 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
This was an issue in 2023 I have been renaming for a year, is there a definite fix?
