I couldn’t find a category for the older versions of Brave for W7 so I left this in “Uncategorized” territory.
My Brave browser in W7 is the latest that will download and install in W7. It has been working fine until the last couple of days. When I start Brave from the Task Bar shortcut at the bottom of the screen Brave starts up and then immediately closes/crashes. Brave is my default browser so if I start Brave from a shortcut on the desktop to a specific website then Brave will start up and run UNLESS I go to Bing.com then it closes down again. I thought it may have something to do with the latest version of Malwarebytes’ Browser Guard so I’ve shut that down but the problem still persists.
Is this just the death knell of Brave for W7? If so I’ve saved my Favorites in HTML format from this browser. Can I copy it onto a thumb drive and transfer it onto a W10 PC Brave installation?
