Description of the issue:
When i log out of my windows account, and sign back in brave crashes and cant be opened again.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Log out of windows account, sign back in.
Expected result:
Braves opens, like normally
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Cant check version, because brave crashes.

What version of windows are you on?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

I have tried reinstalling brave, it worked for 2 days then stopped working. I am running version 1909.
Can you try creating a new profile and seeing if the issue persists?
Click on the menu icon in the top right corner > create a new profile.

I created a new profile, but the browser still crashes when I log back in, and it won’t start up.
What is the URL for the windows account? I’d like to test this on my side.
