Brave crashes when closing LinkedIn tabs

Description of the issue:
Since the last update, v. 0.68.138 on MacOS 10.14.6, Brave crashes when attempting to close LinkedIn tabs, either with the keyboard shortcut o clicking the tab’s “x”. Haven’t experienced the issue with any other site —weird!!!— and the chances of it crashing seem to increase the longer the user session is opened. Login out and in again seems to “reset the counter”; closing the browser doesn’t.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a bunch of LinkedIn tabs in Brave —shields up.
  2. Close them one by one, either with the keyboard shortcut o clicking the tab’s “x”.
  3. See the crashing chances increasing…

Expected result:
Tab closing without crashing Brave.

Update: the issue seem to have disappeared since v. 0.68.141
