Brave crashes in incognito mode

Description of the issue:
Brave browser crashes (all the brave processes) whenever I open an incognito window & type a non-ASCII string into the URL bar & hit enter.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open an incognito window
  2. In the URL bar, type “დ” (without quotes)
  3. Click enter.

Expected result:
Should not crash & search with the default search engine.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.24.86 Chromium: 90.0.4430.212 (Official Build) (64-bit)
