Same Problem here. Today, brave is not working. “Aw, Snap !”
I see that all three extensions a crashing (Privacy Badger, Super Auto Reload).
I cant open anything, no setting etc.
The following updates has been installed : KB4533000, KB4530717.
–disable-features=RendererCodeIntegrity` did resolve the problem.

No Windows update here, just Brave from 1.0.1 to 1.1.20 ( Version 1.1.20 Chromium: 79.0.3945.74 (Official Build) (64-bit) ). Feature disable from command line again fixes it.

I had the same issue this morning (11/12/2019).
Version 1.1.20 Chromium: 79.0.3945.74 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 10, OS Build 15063.2108
I had a windows update downloaded but not restarted the machine.
Feature update to Windows 10, version 1709 amd64 2019-04
I updated my existing version of Brave to the latest one via the brave://settings/help
, and upon relaunch, it wouldn’t work anymore.
The command line parameters from @BaSe helped fix the problem.
Alternatively, running the program in compatibility mode (I chose Windows 8 compatibility) works as a temporary workaround too.
Hope this helps
