Brave crashes 1 min after starting after upgrade to v1.76.74 on Ubuntu 24.04

Description of the issue:
After upgrading to v1.76.74 Brave crashes approx. 1 min. after starting it.
This happened everytime I tried since upgrading yesterday morning.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
When I start from Bash I get these errors when the browser crashed:

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
None

Expected result:
Brave being stable after launching it

Reproduces how often:
Everytime at start. Tried it "normal, via bash (see above), with “–disable-extensions” Option - Brave doesn’t run more than one minute before crashing

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Ubuntu 24.04

Linux 6.11.0-19-generic #19~24.04.1-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Mon Feb 17 11:51:52 UTC 2 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Additional Information:
Runs in a remote console of a vSphere Server (VM).
Never had problems with this setting up to now.
It seems, that after upgrading to v1.76.74. our IT security systems identify Brave files as malware:

The Update yesterday came from this repo:
