Brave Crash Reporter pops up every time device is restarted, even with the setting disabled

Description of the issue:
When my computer is restarted and I open Brave, the crash reporter dialog pops up every time asking me whether I want to allow crash reports. There is no “never ask again” option.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Open Brave, open some random sites or whatever
  2. Restart computer without closing Brave first.
  3. Open Brave after computer has restarted

Expected result:
Have a ‘Never ask me again’ setting, so that this is not troubling every single time

Always

Developers introduced a Do not ask again checkbox, but the change will take place in Brave 1.31.x, which is scheduled for 19th of October as of the moment, the date is not set in stone and might undergo changes.
