The most popular in Russia social network, vk.com uses URL filter in its messenger (pretty similar to the one Steam has).
And for unknown reason, brave.com and all its subdomains are getting blocked there.
AFAIK, there’re no real reason for it. Brave.com is obviously not a malicious site, and it is not banned by Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Communications.
But VK unbans websites only by website owner’s request. Thus, to unblock Brave site, a member of Brave staff has to contact the VK’s helpdesk. Which is why I ask you here, please, to contact VK helpdesk.
I’ll take a look, I’ll need to signup an account on the site.

The issue is not present anymore. It looks like they’ve removed the Brave site from blacklist or something.

They probably banned it due to spam for referral links, but now the referral program is over.
