Description of the issue:
Every 30 minutes or so my Brave will shut down for no reason whatsoever. IT will also shut down whenever I’m trying to access settings or try to update.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Wait or open settings updater

Expected result:
Brave should not shut down.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
The version just before the latest released on 21st March 2022. I can’t check the actual version as Brave crashes when I enter Settings.

Can you try downloading and re-running the installer and see if this both applies the latest update, as well as whether or not it resolves the issue?

@Mattches I have downloaded and installed 1.36.119 after deleting the previous version completely.

The error keeps happening.

Can you tell me if you have any extensions installed in the browser at this time?
